This review systematically searched the printed literature in English for RCTs on train, yoga, and tai chi within the therapy of a present episode of MDD. We centered our evaluate on adults identified with clinical MDD. Included research from clinical settings used clinical or standardized assessment standards to diagnose MDD in members. Participants in studies drawn from group volunteers were diagnosed using standardized diagnosis criteria. We excluded research with participants reporting depressive symptoms and not utilizing a formal diagnosis of MDD.
