I even have meals allergy symptoms and that is the 1st real tasting cake I even have had in a very long time. Today was my husband’s birthday and I had a cake for me too. I was a bit skeptical at first however the end result is great, moist and scrumptious.

I found this recipe through a Google search for mug cake recipes and I’ve been enchanted by your weblog ever since! It was 3am and I was ravenous (jetlag!) and I stayed searching all your recipes. A few hours later, I got up and made this minute mug cake for breakfast! Later that night time, I made it for dessert… and I’ve simply made it for a third time for my afternoon snack.
